When purchasing a Gift Voucher, under the terms of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days (from the date of receipt of the product if the Gift Box is sent by post, from the day following the sending of the email if the Gift Voucher is sent electronically) to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, except return shipping costs.

When the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

Once the communication of the withdrawal has been received by the Issuer, the latter will immediately communicate to the client an acknowledgment of receipt of his withdrawal on a durable medium (email).

The return costs will remain your responsibility if the Gift Box is sent to you by post. No costs will be incurred if it is sent to you electronically. Only boxes and Gift Vouchers returned on time and in perfect condition (Gift Boxes returned without the presence of the Gift Voucher, damaged, soiled, will not be refunded) can be refunded. If the withdrawal relates to the purchase of an e-gift box, the Customer will be asked to attach the e-Boxes concerned as attachments to their withdrawal email.

Any return made in accordance with the conditions of this article will give rise to a refund of all sums paid (with the exception of express delivery costs) no later than fourteen days from receipt of the Gift Box in perfect condition, by check or bank transfer, which you declare to accept without reservation.

The Issuer reserves the right to refuse any return sent beyond the legal withdrawal period.

The beneficiary is also informed that once the reservation has been made with the hotels, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If he wishes not to proceed with his reservation, the Beneficiary must cancel his hotel reservation in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable in the Establishment.
